I didn't like the shakes they were bitter and chalky. The lemonades were also bitter these products are very very expensive. I was very disappointed but glad I got the try all bundle. The teas I haven't tried yet. I just expected more for the price tag.
I had to contact the company and Bridgett was my customer representative. Very nice, handled my issue and resolved it for me. Great customer service is hard to find but she did good. Thanks
310 is awesome.I am surprised to only find one previous review while i was reading reviews on another company I was thinking on trying.I am 2 weeks on 310 and I love the shakes and the community. The chocolate shake is my favorite, followed by the toasted coconut, then mocha and then chocolate mint. I was pleasantly surprised by 310 Day and the 310 Ambassadors. I wasn't expecting to get so much for sampling a product. I first bought the $9 starter kit, then upgraded to the $49 premium kit and I also bought the Try it All kit. I have tried some of their recipes, and so far, I prefer my own. I was already on a path of changing my lifestyle so 310 has fit perfectly in and I feel healthier and on my way to be a better human.
The pack looked promising and i started taking it with my food. Cant say i saw instant result. It's been a month already. Will see
Ordered, paid. Product did not show up on as promised. Called 800 number. Of course get a foreigner. Deth gave numerous excuses, she LIED and said the tracking number changed. I asked for BOTH numbers. Well the new number was EXACTLY the first number. She lied. She said no supervisor was available to talk to me because it was the weekend. She also said although I was provided a specific date they actually have more days to deliver.
I hung up and immediately called back. I got a different worker who confirmed my tracking number NEVER changed,, AND he passed me to a supervisor. Outsourcing is always a nightmare. I find the lack of truth adversely affects the business. I will await my products. I will find another company who cares about who it customers are stuck with when an issue arises!
I bought the starter pack and it tasted sooo bad I try it with different fruits and it wasnt good at all... I posted a comment on Facebook about how bad it was and I got blocked from their page i guess they dont care about others bad experience with their product sometimes I feel many of those positive views are just actors or being pay for!
Yay! My package arrived early and everything was so nicely packaged in these super nice zip glide baggies! So excited to try my starter pack and other goodies I purchased:) Their customer service is A1 and have helped me with all my questions prior to ordering to make me feel like this company would be a good fit:) I liked how they promoted the starter kit and at such a low price! They really do provide a cool opportunity to try it out at a decent price!! :)
